Mohd Sameer (born November 2, 1999) is an Indian Instagram coach and video editor. Mohd Sameer, also known as Shorab, was born in Jaipur, India, into a Muslim family. His father, Nafis Mohammad, and mother, Rehan Begam, supported his education and early career. Sameer developed an interest in academics, particularly in Urdu, during his schooling.

After completing his 12th-grade education, he pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree privately. However, due to time constraints and family responsibilities, he had to pause his education after the second year.
